Emmanuel Early Childhood Learning Center is a child care program that provides a safe and quality learning environment of children, ages 2-5. The center is a Christian-based environment that fosters optimal learning through engaging materials and activities employing a variety of experiences including large and small group, and active/quiet activities that are developmentally appropriate.


The children will engage in hands – on meaningful and relevant learning experiences while providing opportunities to choose and explore interests while enhancing development in all five domains: social, emotional, intellectual, physical, and spiritual. The children, families, teachers and staff work together to establish relationship conducive to children’s learning. In addition, realistic goals for our children are developed to support learning in specific areas related to Maryland Child Care Standards.
